At Vanco Fire we have implemented an organizational structure that encourages horizontal communication and accountability and allows for cross checks and balances. Not only do we hire trained and certified technicians, but also people who have and will incorporate and exemplify the Vanco Fire “can do” philosophy. Vanco Fire Protection has been able to develop a team of outstanding, personable technicians who are the 'front line' for Vanco. In the service industry customer satisfaction starts in the field so our technicians are trained to be tuned into the needs and sensitivities of our clients. Technical skills are strengthened with on going training so that technicians may better understand and effectively use the codes to keep building occupants safe.

Quality service in the field is supported by office administration that coordinates the work and liaises with the client. The office administration staff is highly organized, and capable of multi tasking and facilitating the provision of service. Together, we are a team of individuals who work hard to deliver the best product to our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Steve van GaalenPrincipal & General Manager. Technical Qualification as Sprinkler Fitter – TQ 0927SF94, Registered Fire Protection Technician ASTTBC 0196, BCWAA Member #2402. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including supervision of field technicians & review of annual inspection reports. Responsible for resolving any issues arising in relation to staffing, equipment and service problems. Steve has over twenty years experience in the Fire Protection & Service industry.

Nadine van Gaalen - Office Manager. BA – Economics. Office Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Client Relations and Accounting.

Morine Ram - Service Coordinator. Responsible for scheduling of service and inspections, client communication and dispatch of service technicians.
